MISSION ON EVALUATION OF RURAL FEEDER ROAD WORK

A team on Rural Feeder Road  arrived Ogun State MNRDP Desk office on 1st of August, 2011. The team comprised the NPC
who was represented by Mrs. G.O.Usman( Project Accountant), Mr.A.A. Adeoye ( Procurement Officer), and
Mr.George Alabi(Ast.Procurement officer). The team was officially received on 2nd August, 2011
by Mr.I.O.Phillips ( Programme Manager, OGADEP) in his office, where a brief meeting was held. Present at the meeting also
were Engr. Tunde Faboyo (CEO, Tundis Nigeria Ltd), Engr. R.O.Olaniran ( Supervising Engineer), Mr.A.O.Osiyoye (Desk officer),
Mr.T.O.A. Odunoye ( Ogun State Accountant) and Mr.D.O.Onigbinde( M.& E. Officer). The team elucidated the purpose of their
 visit, which was to evaluate level of work done on the Spot Rehabilitation of Rural Feeder Roads for NERICA Rice
Farmers in Ogun State.
Other issues discussed include:

* The Otunba Laderin Road which the pricing was inadvertently ommited
* The need to design a comprehensive format for evaluating the Road Work
* The modality for reimbursing/paying the Road Contractor.

The meeting was immediately followed with Field visit in which all participated. The level of work done on the following
roads were evaluated;
1. Ogbe-Odujoko
2. Moloko-Asipa-Ikanna-Balogun
3.Idofe- Falafonmu-Odosapo-Imope
4. Ago-Iwoye- Okenugbo, and
5. Ago Iwoye-Ako Onigbagbo-Matoole

The visit was rounded-off  with a Wrap up and  evaluation of  supervising Engineer 's report on the roads.

TEAM ON IMPLEMENTATION COMPLETION REPORT (ICR) STUDY

A team from MNRDP Hq, Abuja arrived  Ogun State Desk office on Monday 25th July, 2011. The 2-man team comprised
Messrs  Ali (M.& E. Officer) and Yusuf  ( Ast. M.& E. officer). The team was officially received by  Mr. I.A.Onasanya (Acting Programme Manager) and Mr. B.O.Abiodun ( Director, Technical Service). The purpose of the team's visit  was the administration of  two(2) sets of questionnaires as part of the Implementation Completion Report(ICR)
Titles of the questionnaires were:
Module 1: Household Level Surve Questionnaire for NERICA Rice Farmer
Module 2: Village Infrastructure
